What a wild way to lose a Super Bowl ring.

The Cincinnati Bengals have a rivalry with the Kansas City Chiefs, but tight end Travis Kelce is a former University of Cincinnati Bearcat, so you may find split opinions on him depending on who you ask.

One thing that isn’t up for debate is that Kelce’s podcast, New Heights, which he does with his brother, Jason Kelce, is a wild success. Fans love to see the other side of two players at the top of their game, and last week, they brought that show to Cincinnati.

They pulled out all the stops, including having Orlando Brown Jr. and Joe Burrow on as guests during the live recording of the show. In an ode to Cincinnati, they also had an entire pool (yes, an entire pool) of Skyline Chili that Jason not only ended up in but lost his Super Bowl ring in.

The thought of a Super Bowl ring sitting in a landfill right now is not only hilarious, but you have to wonder if any searches have started to try to recover it.

The Kelce brothers clearly have a special place in their hearts for the University of Cincinnati, even if they spent their whole careers on the other side of the football field from the Bengals.

You can watch the full episode of New Heights on their YouTube Channel when it is released.
