West Indies’ cricketer Nicholas Pooran remains a key player for the Lucknow Super Giants (LSG) in the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). Following his acquisition by LSG for INR 16 crore during the IPL 2023 mini auction, Pooran has consistently demonstrated his worth as a valuable asset for the team.

Initiating his IPL voyage in 2019 with Punjab Kings (PBKS), where he remained until 2021, followed by his stint with Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the 2022 season, Pooran has maintained a steady performance record. Notably, his exceptional 62-run innings off 19 balls during the 2023 clash between Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and LSG earned him the Player of the Match, underscoring his pivotal contribution to the team’s triumphs.
