How to refund unused VP in VALORANT?
To refund unused VP, you need to submit a ticket to the VALORANT support team. You can do this by following these steps:
- Visit the official VALORANT’s Submit a request page.
- Select Billing, Payment, and Premium Currency Rewards.
- Properly describe the issue at hand and frame a precise subject.
- Under Please Select your Inquiry, select the I’m having an issue with Riot Premium Currency option.
- In the section below it, select Requesting a Refund.
- Attach any files if necessary and Submit.

The VALORANT support team will review your request and process your refund if it is eligible. You should receive an email confirmation once your refund is completed. The refund may take some time to appear in your account, depending on your payment method.
What is the refund time window for VP in VALORANT?
According to the VALORANT refund policy, you can only request a refund for unused VP or unused weapon skins within 14 days of purchase. You cannot get a refund for used or upgraded weapon skins, weapon skin bundles, accessories, agents, premium battle passes, premium battle pass levels, radianite points, or any purchase made with kingdom credits.
This means that if you buy a weapon skin and use it in a match, you cannot refund it. Similarly, if you buy a weapon skin bundle and use or upgrade any of the skins in it, you cannot refund the whole bundle. You also cannot refund any items that are part of the premium battle pass or the radianite points that are used to upgrade weapon skins.
The refund time for VALORANT Points is not the same for all payment methods. It normally takes a few business days to process the refund. However, there may be some delays in certain situations.
