Ho and Carey into WTT semi-finals

Tin-Tin Ho & Charlotte Carey are into the semi-finals of the Women’s Doubles at the WTT Feeder Amman after a good win over French opposition.

The British pair edged to a 12-10, 12-10, 11-8 victory, saving five game points across the course of the match, and are the only European pair remaining in the competition.

They will next face Chinese pair Qin Yuxuan & Han Feier in Friday’s last four. Their opponents are lower-ranked on paper, but themselves beat the second seeds in three straight in the first round and won again 3-0 today.

In the singles, Ho was beaten in the round of 32 by the fourth seed and world No 60 Lee Ho Ching of Hong Kong in four games.
