Gray Zone Warfare PC Specs Revealed

on

Gray Zone Warfare is one of the most highly anticipated shooters to emerge in recent years. It’s looking to fully disrupt the extraction shooter genre with a unique blend of innovation and realistic mechanics. It’s not just an extraction shooter, though – it’s also a tactical FPS and a multiplayer shooter to boot. Recently, the team at MADFINGER Games revealed the Gray Zone Warfare PC specifications in full, uncovering substantial requirements for those looking to run the game at the highest level.

Over time, PC games have become increasingly demanding. These days, almost every new PC game needs a solid SSD, a least 16 GB of RAM, and a white-hot GPU and CPU combination to run well. It’s an expensive market to get into, but if you want the best gaming experience possible, you won’t get better than playing on a top-tier PC.

Read on to learn about the full Gray Zone Warfare PC specs.

A Considerable Ask

It doesn’t cost a huge amount to invest in Gray Zone Warfare, but you’ll need a good PC if you want to play it above the recommended level. For instance, if you’re pushing for a higher resolution and an unlocked frame rate, you’ll need a solid PC with an eye-watering specification.

Gray Zone Warfare Minimum Specs

  • CPU: Intel Core i5-8600 or AMD Ryzen 5 2600
  • RAM: 16 GB
  • GPU: GeForce GTX 1080 or AMD RX 5700

Gray Zone Warfare Recommended Specs

  • CPU: Intel Core i7-9700K or AMD Ryzen 5 3600X
  • RAM: 32 GB
  • GPU: GeForce RTX 3070 Ti or AMD RX 6800

It’s not the most demanding game ever, but it’s substantial. I’m diving into Gray Zone Warfare with a Ryzen 9 7950X and an AMD RX 7900 XTX, so I’m able to run the game at the absolute maximum settings. Given that this is a sumptuous open-world game with stunning visuals, it’ll be important to experience it at the highest level possible. MADFINGER Games has put a lot of effort into making Gray Zone Warfare look drop-dead gorgeous, and that depth will only come through with a solid PC to run it on.

Talks are brewing about bringing out a console version of Gray Zone Warfare at a later date. That’ll be a little easier to get into, as it’ll only need a PS5 or an Xbox Series X|S console.
