Eagles TE Grant Calcaterra has had some bad injury luck this season, and that trend continued on Monday night against the Seahawks.

Just before halftime against the Seahawks, Eagles TE Grant Calcaterra was seen leaving the field and heading into the locker room with his right arm around a trainer and limping a little.

Calcaterra wasn’t targeted in the first half against Seattle, but the Eagles were using a lot of two tight end sets.

He’s been sidelined twice already this season, first missing Week 9 with a concussion, and then Week 12 with an ankle injury he suffered against the Chiefs. Luckily, Dallas Goedert is back in the mix for his second straight game, and the team still has Jack Stoll and Albert Okwuegbunam at the position.

Tight end depth has been cause for concern more than once this season, and Calcaterra leaving the field against the Seahawks doesn’t do much to quell that. Former Eagles TE Zach Ertz is still assessing his options after requesting his release from the Cardinals, and a return to Philly still remains a possibility.
