Damage CTRL moves to Raw

The red brand takes two factions, while SmackDown keeps a couple of its own.

Here’s how round five of the 2024 WWE Draft played out:

  1. Raw: Imperium (GUNTHER & Ludwig Kaiser)
  2. SmackDown: Jade Cargill
  3. Raw: Damage CTRL (Iyo Sky, Dakota Kai, Asuka, Kairi Sane)
  4. SmackDown: Kevin Owens

Instead of Triple H once again making an appearance to announce the first round of selections for the second night as he did on night one (as in year’s past, as well), Stephanie McMahon made another surprise appearance to do the honors.

The red brand picked up Imperium, meaning they get GUNTHER and Ludwig Kaiser but not Giovanni Vinci, who was kicked out of the group just one week ago. He will be eligible to be drafted on his own later. They also went with another faction, snagging Damage CTRL, getting four wrestlers in one.

SmackDown, meanwhile, kept two wrestlers who have already been working on the blue brand in Cargill and Owens.
