CJ Perry undergoing surgery for infection

Just a couple days ago, CJ Perry revealed she was forced to miss a CMLL show at Arena Mexico and AEW Collision on account of the fact that she had to visit the hospital for an infection that started in her finger and spread up her arm. It looked gnarly then, and it has, unfortunately, only gotten worse from there.

Perry herself updated her status earlier this evening, and things took a bad enough turn for the worse that she’s going to need surgery:

I have been in the ER and hospital for over 50 hours. The infection has gotten worse and I’m going into surgery tonight. Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers. I love you all ❤️

Anything pro wrestling related obviously takes a back seat to Perry recovering from what looks and sounds especially terrifying. We will continue to hope and wish for her to make a full recovery and get back to doing what she loves.
