Christophe Dugarry lights up Marco Verratti and PSG

At the microphone of RMCex-striker and former French international Christophe Dugarry castigated the players of Paris Saint-Germain after the new disappointment in the Champions League, it was in the round of 16 against Bayern Munich (2-0 in Munich, 3- 0 to cumulative scores): “Why do you want the players to leave? There are so many players who don’t belong in this team. There is incredible incompetence, at the highest level. (…) Paris lost against a very small Bayern.”

Always during the show Rothen ignites, the 1998 world champion also had his say on the performance of the Italian international midfielder, who was responsible for the loss of the ball leading to the Munich opener at the Allianz Arena. According to him, the former Pescara player has not seen any real progress since joining the capital club in 2012: “Verratti is no longer possible! He has not progressed one iota for ten years, he has learned nothing, he is part of all the routs. Verratti, when are we going to stop with this boy? But he won’t leave.” An observation shared by Jérôme Rothen, denouncing in particular his strange physical condition for a player of this caliber: “Verratti, everyone knows it, he doesn’t have a healthy lifestyle… The players don’t train enough. It’s the staff’s fault. It is annoying. I blame the players for their lack of investment. When the level rises, the PSG disappears after 50 minutes. The message got through.
