Bri Teresi, golfer influencer with a 12 handicap

on

Bri Teresi appears effortlessly comfortable on the golf course, yet it may come as a surprise that the golf influencer has only been playing for three years.

During the Covid lockdown in 2020, a casual suggestion from a family friend led the seasoned model to take some photographs at a nearby golf course in California. The ensuing content showcasing Bri in a tight yellow crop top and short white pleated skirt posing on the fairway with the caption, “Looking for a caddie,” amassed over 11,000 likes on Instagram and caught the attention of the boxing sensation Canelo Alvarez, who invited Bri to participate in a golf showcase he was producing.

However, Bri faced a setback — she was incapable of putting. The determined 28-year-old doubled down on golf lessons, flew to San Diego for the show, and found herself the only amateur golfer in the group. It was an overwhelming experience for her.

From that moment forward, Bri wholeheartedly immersed herself in the sport, regularly attending lessons and playing almost on a daily basis.

Today, Bri boasts a 12 handicap, with an impressive following of 1.5 million on Instagram, 331,000 on TikTok, and 1 million on X, formerly known as Twitter.

Bri Teresi, statements

“For me, leveraging my skills sets acquired in the modelling world and influencer world, I was able to combine them with golf,” she stated.

Bri attributes the growth of her Instagram account to the publication of golf content.

“I already had a considerable backing on Instagram,” she explained. “But, let’s be candid, the combination of cute golf outfits with golf is enough to pique the interest of anyone.”

The category of golf influencers was pioneered by Paige Spiranac, who gained notoriety after showcasing a more revealing style on the green around 2017. With 3.9 million followers on Instagram today, Spiranac certainly stands out, yet fellow influencer Bri Teresi does not perceive a rivalry between them. Despite their similar styles, Teresi highlights that they each post unique content and shares a deep passion for the game.

Teresi, who currently resides in Florida, admits to having been “canceled” by Hollywood, but remains content with her current social media presence and lifestyle. Her candid honesty about her recent struggles with golf on Twitter has also endeared her to many, as it highlights how challenging the sport can be.

Moreover, Teresi’s conservative political views have made her relatable to many within the sport. Her decision to express these views via an Instagram post earlier this year drew widespread attention, as it featured her shooting products from Bud Light, Tampax, and Honey Birdette with an AR-15 while sporting an American flag top and jeans shorts. The stunt was a response to Bud Light’s collaboration with trans influencer Dylan Mulvaney and was captioned “Go Woke Go Broke.”

In summary, Teresi has established herself as a formidable golfer and influencer, and her willingness to be candid and stand up for her beliefs has earned her a growing following both on and off the golf course.

The pro-gun influencer opted for a shooting range in South Florida, where she currently resides, for her setup. Teresi undergoes training with a group of former special forces members from Israel, although she generally prefers handguns over the AR-15. Additionally, she has recently taken an interest in archery.

Although Bri acknowledges that her controversial video resulted in her being blacklisted by Hollywood, she does not seem to mind. Having moved to Florida and with an active social media presence, she claims to be content with her life and has no desire to return to Hollywood’s embrace. As a result, it is evident that Teresi will not be promoting Honey Birdette, the Australian lingerie brand, anytime soon.

The model stated that the brand denied all email exchanges spanning over the past three or four years and disregarded all of the photographers who had photographed her wearing Honey Birdette lingerie. In response, Teresi was left exasperated, frustrated, and ultimately decided to cut ties with the brand.

Contrarily, a Honey Birdette representative dismissed Bri’s accusations by stating that no official agreement or partnership was ever established between the brand and Teresi. The brand has always been pro-women and pro-LGBTQ+ and feels hurt that anyone would attack their values.

As for Teresi, she has amassed over 50,000 followers on OnlyFans, and 10,000 pay a monthly subscription of $19.97 to access her exclusive content. Although it should be noted that neither of her accounts contains any nudity, she does host private livestreams multiple times a week for her subscribers.

There are individuals who hold a belief that OnlyFans carries a connotation that is not favourable; nevertheless, I stood firm in my stance this past April and garnered a considerable number of new subscribers to my OnlyFans as they appreciate the manner in which I have taken a stand against the trending movement of limitlessly-woke individuals. Initially, when I embarked on this path, I faced considerable critical judgement from others; however, the current narrative is that of curiosity and interest in how I achieved this feat, as is generally observed with people.
