Becky Lynch is already talking rematch with Liv Morgan

She wants it on the Raw after King & Queen of the Ring.

WWE opened its King & Queen of the Ring premium live event today (Sat., May 25, 2024) at the Jeddah Super Dome in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia with a surprise: Liv Morgan defeating Becky Lynch to win the women’s world championship.

Thanks to an assist from Dominik Mysterio.

Dirty Dom had claimed he was there to help ensure Morgan didn’t get her hands on Rhea Ripley’s title while she’s out injured but he ended up helping her do just that by tossing in a chair and distracting the referee. Lynch, caught in the middle, ended up losing her title over all this.

She’s good and pissed off about it too, as they already showed her backstage telling Byron Saxton she will be getting a rematch on Monday Night Raw next week:

Immediate rematches stopped being the norm in WWE some time ago but this is an instance where it makes sense to go back to it sooner rather than later.

Nothing has been made official just yet but stay tuned.
