Was this the most important draft in Chicago Bears franchise history?

The Chicago Bears wrapped up a franchise-altering draft by selecting the best quarterback prospect they’ve ever chosen. They also picked arguably the best receiving prospect they’ve ever had. And if we’re keeping score, they also nabbed the best punting prospect they’ve ever drafted.

Time will tell if they can all live up to their scouting reports, but the future looks bright for the franchise right now.

Hang out with Jeff “JB” Berckes and Lester A. Wiltfong Jr. for a live Bear & Balanced at 6:00 p.m. CT, where they’ll be joined by our Lead Draft Analyst Jacob Infante, dropping all his expertise discussing the 2024 draft class…

Round 1: No. 1 overall (via Carolina) – Caleb Williams, QB, USC

Round 1: No. 9 – Rome Odunze, WR, Washington

Round 3: No. 75 – Kiran Amegadjie, OT, Yale

Round 4: No. 122 (via Philadelphia) – Tory Taylor, P, Iowa

Round 5: No. 144 (via Buffalo) – Austin Booker, DE, Kansas

We’ll also get into some of the Bears’ undrafted free agents, plus Jacob will answer some of your draft questions.
