Asia: MU’s Nurmaizatul scores rare double hat-trick in women’s MHL

Malaysian University (MU) hammered Kedah 11-0 to register their second win in the women’s Malaysia Hockey League (MHL) today.

MU, who won the Charity Shield last week, have eight points from three matches.

Nurmaizatul Hanim Syafi was the star by scoring a double hat-trick in the eighth, ninth, 41st, 47th, 48th and 56th minutes for the varsity side at the National Hockey Stadium, Bukit jalil.

Siti Nur Atika (12th), Nurul Fatin Fatiah (29th), Nuraslinda Said (46th), Nur Zafirah Aziz (60th) and Nuramirah Shakirah (56th) contributed the other goals.
