250 QUALIFYING RESULTS // 2024 SAN DIEGO SUPERCROSS
Timed qualifying has begun in San Diego for the third round of the Supercross series. The rain has started and will make conditions rather slippery. A few technical rhythm sections seem to challenge the riders as they search for the quickest lines. Jordon Smith coming off a win from last weekend returns with the red numberplate and is looking to continue with that forward moment. After struggling with bike trouble in San Francisco, Jo Shimoda is also looking for some redemption this weekend. RJ Hampshire is also one to watch as he was extremely quick in Anaheim on a dry track. Stay up to date with all current qualifying results here

250 FIRST QUALIFYING RESULTS
Levi Kitchen is coming off a second-place finish in the San Francisco Supercross and is looking to get his first win of the season.
Jordon Smith was first to lead a lap as the rain began to fall a bit harder. Getting a quick lap in sooner rather than later will be critical. Julien Beaumer ended up going down around the first turn area as the flat spots on the track began to get extremely slippery. Jo Shimoda was able to get in a quick time early placing himself in second on the leaderboard behind Jordon Smith. RJ Hampshire was able to break into the third position but looks to have good consistent speed around the track. As the practice progressed the rain began to make to start pushing riders into mistakes. Riders are still able to jump all the rhythms as well as skim the whoops but if the rain continues into second qualifying conditions may not be as rideable.
