WWE SmackDown Superstar Carmella took to Twitter to clear up a rumor on having the coronavirus.
As noted over the weekend, WWE confirmed that one of their employees has tested positive for COVID-19, but not an active in-ring talent. The person is reportedly doing well and has made a complete recovery.
Carmella responded to a now-deleted fan tweet and said she was not the one who had the virus.
She wrote, “I appreciate your concern, but don’t believe everything you read on the internet. Fortunately, I’ve been healthy through all of this. [folded hands emoji]”
