According to PW Insider, WWE star Matt Hardy’s current contract expires this February, with no indication that Hardy will be re-signing with the company. Reports are that the “Broken One” and WWE are still in discussions for a new potential deal, but nothing has been solidified as of yet. A big component for Hardy remaining with WWE is how his character plans on being used, with the hope that there’s more for him to do than just put talents over as he did on this past week’s Raw. This would also explain Hardy’s recent use of the “Free the Delete” banner on all of his released videos and social media posts, as he hopes to capitalize on a possible return to free agency.
As for Jeff Hardy, his contract would most likely-expire much later due to his time off for injury and legal issues.
