Our look at the Vikings’ draft class starts today

Now that the 2024 NFL Draft is officially in the books, it’s time to take a thorough look at all of the players the team drafted last month, and that’s what we’re doing starting today on Vikings Report with Drew and Ted.

This week, we’ll be talking about the first player that the Vikings selected in this year’s selection meeting, Michigan quarterback J.J. McCarthy. In order to do this, we’ve enlisted the assistance of Fantasy Pros writer, Vikings fan, and noted J.J. McCarthy enthusiast Thor Nystrom. Thor was on the McCarthy bandwagon before a lot of folks were and he gives us some really good perspective about the selection and will (probably) make you feel pretty good about it if you don’t already.
