VIDEO: Lions GM Brad Holmes goes CRAZY in an elevator after playoff win

on

Detroit Lions general manager Brad Holmes couldn’t help but let loose a ton of emotions after the team’s Wild Card victory over his old Los Angeles Rams team.

Detroit Lions general manager Brad Holmes always wears his heart on his sleeve. He’s gone crazy in the draft war room after landing one of his favorite players. We’ve seen him lose his mind on the road, celebrate wins with well-traveling Lions fans, but after Sunday night’s win over the Los Angeles Rams, Holmes took it to a new level.

Let me introduce you to BRAD HOLMES SCREAMING IN AN ELEVATOR.

In a video captured by Mark Person, Holmes is in the middle of the crowded elevator just screaming his head off in celebration.

This was obviously a monumental moment for the Lions organization. It’s their first playoff win since the 1991 season. It will be the first time the Lions have EVER hosted two playoff games at home. And Detroit is in a beneficial situation to possibly make it to the NFC Championship game.

But this was also obviously a big game for Holmes himself. He spent 18 years in the Rams organization, learning his craft and patiently waiting his turn to run things. While Matthew Stafford and Jared Goff dominated the narratives of facing their old teams, Holmes was in the same situation and likely was going through a lot of emotions all week.

Then it all came out in this awesome, hilarious moment. Watch it 50 times and you’ll notice something new each time, including the other people’s reactions.

Now imagine how Holmes will react when the Lions start winning games even bigger than this one.
