Max Holloway is the new “BMF” champion, and with a one-night-only performance bonus raise handed out by UFC CEO Dana White for UFC 300, he’s the biggest winner of extra cash.

Holloway got what he demanded after knocking out Justin Gaethje, earning “Fight of the Night” and “Performance of the Night” for his buzzer-beater in UFC 300’s featured fight. With a double bonus, he earned $600,000. Gaethje, of course, also earned $300,000 for his losing effort.

Per TSN’s Aaron Bronsteter, Holloway has earned a total of $1,150,000 in “Performance of the Night” bonuses. Gaethje, meanwhile, has taken home an extra $850,000 in performance bonuses.

UFC 300 took place Saturday at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas. The event’s main card aired live on ESPN+ pay-per-view.

Only one other fighter was officially the beneficiary of White’s generosity – former UFC light heavyweight champ Jiří Procházka earned an extra $300,000 for his second-round stoppage of Aleksandar Rakic on the preliminary card.
