Tyson Fury is the new WBC Heavyweight champion.
After a wild back and forth, the Gypsy King defeated former undefeated champion Deontay Wilder in a seventh round TKO. Wilder’s corner ended up throwing in the towel. Whether this helps Fury’s chance at working another WWE event, specifically this year’s WrestleMania, remains open. Triple H and Stephanie McMahon were in attendance.
