“SATURDAY AT THE GLEN” MOTOCROSS ON THE ARROYO TRACK THIS SATURDAY

2024 GLEN HELEN $10,000 “STOPWATCH NATIONAL” ON THURSDAY, MAY 16

On May 16th, Glen Helen will host an inaugural, “Stopwatch National” where professional racers can line up and simulate a couple 30 minute motos to get some genuine bar-to-bar action. To make it even more interesting, there will be a $10,000 Pro Purse for the event.

HERE ARE SOME KEY POINTS FOR THIS UNIQUE INAUGURAL EVENT:
When: Thursday, May 16th – 1st Moto at 10:30 a.m. and 2nd Moto at 12:30 p.m.
Closed course to Pros only with flaggers for safety reasons during the moto times above.
Each race will be 30 minutes plus 1 lap.
Spectator fee of $20 ($10 Pre-buy online).

All spectator proceeds go to support Alpinestars Medical Mobile Unit.
Open practice to the general public all day except during the Pro times practice and Pro motos.
Food and Beverage vendors will be present for the event

PRO RIDER ENTRY INFO
Must be a Pro rider
Must RSVP and be accepted. Glen Helen will review all RSVPs and notify riders if approved (limit 40 riders)
Must have transponder on bike to lineup to race.
There is no entry fee for Pro riders.
The $10,000 purse will pay down to tenth place.
Cash and trophy presentation immediately following finish of moto 2
There will be Pro Only Practices before the Stopwatch National motos.
The motos are 30-minutes plus one lap.
