WWE Friday Night SmackDown comes waltzing back into our lives tonight (Mar. 22, 2024) with a live show emanating from Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, featuring the latest build to WrestleMania XL next month in Philadelphia.
Advertised for tonight: Cody Rhodes and WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns are both in the building and will have a face-to-face meeting in the ring.

It starts with just a little glance now. Right away you’re thinkin’ ‘bout romance now. You know you ought to take it slower, but you just can’t wait to get to know her, but me? I’m just here to liveblog this here pro wrestling show, folks.
The show opens with the now-usual montage of talent arriving at the building through the day as commentary hypes up our card.
Rey Mysterio vs. Santos Escobar
Right to striking, Mysterio backing him into the ropes, whip across, big elbow lays Escobar out! Whip across, springboard headbutt from Rey, coming up ginger on his injured knee, leg kicks into the corner and Santos begs off! Wristlock, Escobar blocks the lucha arm drag, Mysterio snaps off a Frankensteiner anyway!
Santos with stomps, whip into a big knee lift, follow it with a basement dropkick… NOPE! To the floor, Rey lands the low dive and we go to break!
