According to the Wrestling Observer, NJPW is considering working a crossover angle with AEW despite their current rocky relationship. Superstar Kenny Omega did tease a potential angle with former Golden Lover Kota Ibushi during last night’s episode of Dynamite, where Omega had a special themed entrance that involved Ibushi, and painted their relationship in a good versus evil scenario. Reports are that head NJPW booker Gedo, who worked very closely with members of The Elite during their time in Japan, is interested doing something.
Kenny Omega is currently slated to face Jon Moxley at the November 9th Full Gear pay per view, while Kota Ibushi prepares for the biggest match of his career at the January 4th WrestleKingdom 14.
