NXT UK’s Rhea Ripley took to Twitter late last night following her invasion of Friday Night SmackDown, along with fellow division stars Tegan Nox, Mia Yim, and NXT women’s champion Shayna Baszler, with whom Ripley has been feuding with on NXT television. Ripley explains that she didn’t come to SmackDown to help Baszler, but to get retribution on SD women’s champion Bayley, who attacked the NXT women’s roster this past Wednesday. Ripley writes, “To clarify, we weren’t on #SmackDownOnFox to help Shayna. We were there to get retribution for Wednesday night on #NXTonUSA when SmackDowns coward women’s champion Bayley decided to attack us from behind.”
