WWE already has a stacked card for its upcoming “Day 1” special episode of Monday Night Raw in just a few days but according to Fightful Select they’re very close to adding another name for an appearance.
The fun part? It’s a mystery!
Indeed, the report indicates the deal isn’t done just yet — which is worth pointing out, because things can change in a hurry in an industry like this — but they’re very close to securing someone described only as a “former WWE champion.” It was also noted it’s someone who is not currently a member of the roster.
Intrigue!
There are quite a few names to consider with only a hint as broad as “former WWE champion.” That applies to big names like The Rock or Batista, to guys like Kurt Angle or even Hulk Hogan.
