Beaux Limmer will look to make Rams roster as center Steve Avila’s backup
The Los Angeles Rams drafted center Beaux Limmer from Arkansas with their fourth pick in the sixth round. Limmer is 6-5, 302 lbs., and comes to LA with three full years of starting experience for the Razorbacks between the guard and center positions.
With the 217th pick in the 2024 #NFLDraft, the LA Rams select Beaux Limmer, C. @RazorbackFB.

On the Rams
After significant free agent investments in Jonah Jackson and Kevin Dotson, the Rams expect Steve Avila to shift to center in his second season. LA cut Brian Allen, the starting center on the Super Bowl LVI winning team. 2023 starter Coleman Shelton signed with the Chicago Bears this offseason.
Limmer has a chance to make the roster as the backup center, though the team also seems to like Mike McAllister who joined the team after last year’s draft as a UDFA. Can Limmer carve out a role on special teams and make the roster as a reserve player?
Beaux Limmer falling this far was a SHOCK.
Legit size and athleticism to have a long NFL career. Plays all 3 interior offensive line spots.
Looked great at the Senior Bowl too.
