New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers has stressed for fans to put their trust in offensive coordinator Nathaniel Hackett. While it’s nearly impossible for fans to put aside their pessimism towards their OC, the bigger story should be how the team treats their season ticket holders. You would assume that a team like the Jets, who have been historically bad for over a decade, would treat their season ticket holders with more respect. Instead, owner Woody Johnson has made it abundantly clear that the only thing he truly cares about is his own legacy, and how deep his pockets can be filled. And although the chances of him ever selling the team remain incredibly thin, it’s something I’ll continue to root for until it happens.
