There’s nothing like starting the year with a little motivation!
The Navy’s swim and dive team posted a training video to bring in the new year to the team’s Facebook page.
The footage includes a battle rope battle between two different athletes. Who are using the same ropes, at the same time.
Standing on either end of the rope is not the only unique aspect of this exercise. Both of the athletes are also standing on balance boards.
