According to the Wrestling Observer, NXT play-by-play commentator Mauro Ranallo is reportedly in “rough shape” following Corey Graves critical tweets during Saturday’s Takeover WarGames event. Ranallo has since missed Survivor Series and last night’s episode of NXT television, two shows he was originally scheduled to work. Graves did apologize on the latest episode of his After The Bell podcast, claiming that he was building up an angle with Ranallo for the brand versus brand storyline. Ranallo’s replacement, Tom Phillips, announced that the Rock ‘N’ Roller would return next week.
