When last we saw Kenny Omega on AEW television, he was being dumped out of a stretcher by The Elite in the loading dock of Winnipeg’s Canada Life Centre’s on Rampage last Wednesday. Omega was in a stretcher in the first place because of The Young Bucks, Kazuchika Okada & Jack Perry kicked his ass at the end of Dynamite for promising to flex his Executive Vice-President muscle to counter the power play fellow EVPs — and Kenny’s former friends — Matthew & NIcholas Jackson started when they and their new Elite teammates injured AEW owner Tony Khan’s neck the week before.
It wasn’t clear when AEW’s lone Triple Crown champion would be back on our screens. Prior to last week, we hadn’t seen Omega all year as he’s been out dealing with a case of diverticulitis that almost killed him. Subsequent reports claimed he’ll be unable to return to the ring any time soon.
But that doesn’t mean he can’t still talk. And on Dynamite tomorrow (May 8), that’s exactly what he’ll do…

TOMORROW NIGHT, May 8!
Edmonton, AB
LIVE 8pm ET/7pm CT | @TBSNetworkAfter the beating he sustained last week in his hometown of Winnipeg at the hands of #theElite, what will EVP @KennyOmegamanX‘s Important Announcement be on #AEW Dynamite TOMORROW NIGHT? pic.twitter.com/pdweO9Rbf8

The fact that he’s back at all probably means he’ll remain a part of AEW’s big Elite angle even if he’s not going to be cleared to wrestle until the end of this year. What will he say?
