A hot topic produces a majority

With the 2024 NFL Draft set to begin, we asked our readers to tell us what they want the Jets to do in the first round. This is our latest SB Nation Reacts survey.

Through the season and at important points of the offseason, we ask our readers for their opinions on hot button issues pertaining to the Jets.

The Jets enter the 2024 NFL Draft overwhelmingly likely to pick an offensive player in the first round. The question is which area they will address. Should the team focus at tackle where both starters are 33 and entering contract years? Should they upgrade the playmaking talent around Aaron Rodgers by picking a wide receiver? Should the team go an unconventional route and take Brock Bowers.

A majority voted in one direction.

We also asked what the Jets should try to do. Move up to add a premium prospect? Move down to recoup lost Draft capital? Split the difference and stay put? Again the answers moved in one direction.

Soon we will find out whether the Jets follow these wishes.
