To me, the Bengals and the Packers are a bit undervalued while the Lions and the Falcons are a bit overvalued. Middle-of-the-pack feels fair for Jacksonville, but considering how many swings they took in their rookie class, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see them shoot up or down midseason.
