How to Get MW3’s Cheech and Chong Bundle

on

It’s April 20, and you know what that means. To celebrate the occasion, Call of Duty players can purchase the Cheech and Chong bundle in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone. It’s an iconic bundle that boasts two unique operators, as well as a slew of cosmetics and other items. This is the bundle that features the controversial ‘blunt’ finishing move – perfect for 4-20 but a source of debate for some fans of the franchise.

Admittedly, it’s an excellent bundle based on the size alone. It’ll set you back a whopping 3,000 COD points, as the only way to get the Cheech and Chong bundle is to buy it through the store. However, that investment will net you one heck of a package.

What’s in the Cheech and Chong Bundle?

If you purchase the Cheech and Chong tracer pack, which is now available in Modern Warfare 3 and Warzone, you’ll be getting a mega-sized bundle. It includes two operator skins – one for Cheech and one for Chong – and a variety of weapon charms, decals, stickers, and a unique finishing move called ‘Secondhand Smoke’. There are three weapon blueprints to unlock as part of the bundle too, one for the MTZ-556, one for the HRM-9 SMG, and another for the Haymaker shotgun.

Recently, Dr Disrespect took to social media to voice his concerns about bundles like this. He referenced a recent event that saw NICKMERCS’ unique in-game skin removed because of comments he made online. At the same time, Activision’s teams will ‘push’ marijuana, drugs, and ‘$100 camos on gamers’ without batting an eye. The controversial streamer slammed the company, stressing that it is ‘ran by a bunch of idiots’.

Regardless, fans of the franchise are lapping up the new Cheech and Chong bundle, which costs 3,000 COD points. For reference, that’s around $30. It’s a subjective debate, and whether you want to invest that in a tracer pack in Modern Warfare 3 is totally up to you, but some would see it as a waste of money. The new bundle is available to purchase now in-game if that’s your kind of thing.
