During “Busted Open Radio”, Bubba Ray Dudley revealed that he thought the segment between Edge and Randy Orton to close Raw was one of the best he’s seen in years. Here’s what he had to say:
When Randy Orton says ‘What do you say we get Rated RKO back together one more time,’ he’s bringing the people as high as they possibly can. They are so there they are in the palm of his hands, he has everybody in the arena’s attention, but more importantly, he has everyone’s emotion…bang, takes it all away, with one RKO.
When you can get that kind of reaction from people, you know that you’ve executed the perfect heat spot.
