During a recent episode of his “Hall Of Fame” podcast, Booker T revealed that he believes Sin Cara’s request to be released is the downstream effect of masked wrestlers trying to live up to what Rey Mysterio did. Here’s what he had to say:
Rey Mysterio kind of messed it up for so many guys. Not only can Rey Mysterio go out there and go, but Rey Mysterio is universal. Every fan around the world loves Rey Mysterio.
