With a boost on his side, Jannik painted a lob winner in the second game, holding at love and moving closer to the finish line. Stefanos worked hard in the third game, defending three break points and claiming five consecutive points to remain within one break deficit. Sinner served well in games four and six, hitting a service winner and opening a 4-2 gap. The younger player had no issues behind the initial shot in the remaining games, embracing a hold at 15 in game ten to move over the top and earn the victory.
