The Final Testament is coming for all the NXT titles

Karrion Kross, Scarlett, Paul Ellering and AOP — aka The Final Testament — showed up in NXT earlier this month after losing to Street Profits & Bobby Lashley at WrestleMania XL.

The group already has one win under their belt courtesy of Akam & Rezar’s destruction of Malik Blade & Edris Enofé on April 16. They didn’t do much at night one of Spring Breakin’ last night (April 23), but they did get a video promo package.

In it, Kross talked about “the good old days” as we say clips of his two NXT championship runs during the brand’s black-and-gold era. Ellering hyped up the former NXT Tag champs AOP before declaring, “The Final Testament is coming for all the titles”.

Shawn Michaels & his team at the WWE Performance Center have done a good job utilizing acts like The Final Testament that were lost in the main roster shuffle like Baron Corbin. They’ve got their work cut out for them with Kross though, as he wasn’t booked well on Raw or SmackDown regardless of whether it was Vince McMahon or Triple H holding the pencil.
