But on April 27 the Collision/Rampage doubleheader will have a special start time!

For the third straight week, AEW will air another one hour show after its regularly scheduled two hours of pro wrestling on TNT this Saturday. Just like last week, it will be Rampage that follows Collision — but this time the night starts at 8:30pm ET instead of at Collision’s regular 8:00 start time.

The reason for both Rampage’s move from its regular Friday at 10:00pm ET time slot and the (at least) 30 minute delay on Saturday is TNT’s coverage of the NHL and NBA Playoffs. Game three of the Winnipeg/Colorado hockey series will be on the network late Friday night in place of Rampage, and a basketball doubleheader will precede the entire three-hour block on Saturday.

AEW’s events page lists Saturday night’s show in Daily’s Place in Jacksonville as “Collision/Rampage” with an 8pm ET start (and tonight’s show in the same venue as simply “Dynamite”), so it seems Rampage will again be mostly live this week.

While it’s probably not AEW’s first choice, this formula has produced decent ratings results for the company and their partners at Warner Bros Discovery the last two weeks. Which is good, as given that the hockey and basketball post-seasons have just started, this might not be the last time Rampage gets bumped to Saturday in the coming weeks and months.
