The Eagles currently have two selections on Friday night.
One day down, two to go!
The Philadelphia Eagles didn’t end up needing to trade up on Thursday night, and still were able to get the top CB prospect in the 2024 NFL Draft. At No. 22 overall, Howie Roseman made the call to Quinyon Mitchell, bringing the Toledo cornerback to Philly.
Before the clock even started on Day 1, the Eagles announced they had agreed to a three-year extension with A.J. Brown. The WR’s historic new deal is worth $96 million, $84 million guaranteed and keeps him in Philly through 2029 — meaning he and DeVonta Smith are both linked through 2028.
The team enters Day 2 with two picks, at No. 50 and 53 overall in the second round, with Brandon Graham expected to announce the selections.
