– The WWE Crown Jewel Kickoff pre-show opens live with Jackie Redmond welcoming us. She’s joined by Peter Rosenberg and Matt Camp at WWE TV studios in Stamford, CT. We get a live shot from outside of Mrsool Park in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia as fans are finding their way into the venue. Redmond and the panel go over the card for Crown Jewel now. They confirm Brock Lesnar vs. Bobby Lashley will open the show. We go to a video package for the match. Camp and Rosenberg believe Lashley will win today. We get a video for The O.C. vs. The Judgment Day now. Camp and Rosenberg both go with The Judgment Day to win.

The panel airs a video package for Omos vs. Braun Strowman now. Camp predicts Strowman to win, while Rosenberg goes with Omos. Redmond splits the prediction and goes with Strowman. We get a video for the RAW Women’s Title match now. Camp believes Bianca Belair will be the last woman standing, while Rosenberg goes with Bayley. Redmond splits the prediction with Belair. We see The Bloodline taking out Sheamus a few weeks back. Camp believes The Usos will retain the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Titles over The Brawling Brutes, and Rosenberg agrees. We get a video package for Karrion Kross vs. Drew McIntyre now. The panel goes with McIntyre to win the Steel Cage match.

Back from a break and we get video of fans at Mrsool Park in Riyadh. Redmond hypes the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event and they go over the card one more time. We get a video package and discussion for the main event now. Rosenberg dismisses the “one lucky punch” theory and Camp points to how Jake Paul will also be there. It sounds like the panel is going with Undisputed WWE Universal Champion Roman Reigns to retain over Logan Paul. Redmond signs off and that’s it for the Crown Jewel Kickoff.

– The 2022 WWE Crown Jewel Premium Live Event opens up with a video package narrated by WWE Global Ambassador Titus O’Neil. We’re now live from Mrsool Park in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as the pyro explodes and fireworks explode over the stadium. Michael Cole welcomes us to the desert as the packed crowd cheers. Cole is joined at ringside by Wade Barrett. Cole introduces the Arabic announce team at ringside – Jude Al-Dajani and Faisal Al-Mughaisib.

Bobby Lashley vs. Brock Lesnar

Lashley attacked Lesnar while he was still making his entrance around the ringside area. Lashley targeted the left knee of Lesnar. Both men entered the ring and the referee rang the bell. Lashley speared Lesnar. Lesnar headed back to the outside and was speared through the barricade. Lesnar continued to struggle with his left knee. Lashley speared Lesnar again when the pair returned to the ring. Lesnar responded with a series of German suplexes. Lesnar delivered an F5 to Lashley, but Lashley kicked out of the cover that followed.

Lashley turned the tables in his favor once again. Lashley sent Lesnar into the ring post on the outside. Back in the ring, Lashley delivered a spinebuster to Lesnar. Lashley locked in the Hurt Lock on Lesnar. Lesnar continued to fight his way out of the submission. Lesnar, while still in the hold, kicked himself off the turnbuckle and landed on Lashley to score the win via pinfall.

Winner: Brock Lesnar via pinfall

– After the match, Lashey locked in the Hurt Lock again on Lesnar.

– Alexa Bliss and Asuka were interviewed backstage. A Bray Wyatt logo appeared on the screen next to them while Bliss was talking.

Alexa Bliss and Asuka (c) vs. Damage CTRL (Dakota Kai and IYO SKY) for the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship

Bliss and Kai began the match as the legal competitors. Kai initially got the better of Bliss, but Bliss responded by toying with Kai. Bliss and Kai traded pinfall attempts. Bliss took Kai down and continued to get in the head of her opponent. SKY was tagged in Kai. Bliss tagged in Asuka. Asuka took down SKY with a shoulder tackle. Asuka tagged Bliss back into the match. Bliss and Asuka attempted to work together on SKY. SKY and Kai were sent to the outside as Bliss and Asuka connected with baseball slides.

Damage CTRL eventually gained control of the match. SKY connected with a dropkick to Asuka as she was on the turnbuckles. Kai became the legal competitor and worked on the injured leg of Asuka. Asuka fought back and made the hot tag to Bliss. Bliss delivered a double dropkick to Kai and SKY. Bliss connected with Code Red, but it wasn’t enough to put SKY away. SKY, Kai, Bliss, and Asuka were involved in a massive superplex in the corner of the ring. Bliss went for Twisted Bliss, but Kai got her knees up. Asuka and SKY fought on the outside. Bliss delivered a DDT to Kai. Asuka and SKY returned to the ring. Nikki Cross appeared and connected with a DDT to Bliss from the top turnbuckle. Kai pinned Bliss as Asuka was busy brawling with SKY.

– Backstage, Logan Paul was interviewed after being shown arriving at the venue.

Steel Cage Match

Drew McIntyre vs. Karrion Kross w/ Scarlett in a Steel Cage match

McIntyre started the match on the front foot and took the fight to Kross. Kross eventually turned the match in his favor and sent McIntyre into the steel. Kross continued to control the match before McIntyre sent him into the canvas with a driver. McIntyre sat Kross on the top turnbuckle and threw him down to the mat. McIntyre sent Kross into the steel and delivered a spinebuster in the center of the ring. McIntyre locked in a sleeper hold. Kross got to his feet and planted McIntyre into the canvas.

McIntyre got Kross where he wanted him, but Scarlett appeared on the apron to distract him. Kross took advantage. Kross landed a Kross Hammer to the neck of McIntyre. Kross climbed the cage. McIntyre followed him up. McIntyre delivered a superplex to Kross from the top of the cage. McIntyre attempted to exit the cage through the door, but Scarlett appeared and sprayed a chemical substance in his face. Scarlett also sprayed it into the eyes of the referee on the outside. McIntyre stopped Kross exiting through the door. McIntyre sent Kross down. Scarlett locked the door to stop Drew escaping. McIntyre climbed the cage instead and won. Scarlett was unable to unlock the door in time for Kross.

– In the parking lot, The Bloodline is shown arriving at the venue.

The O.C (AJ Styles, Karl Anderson, and Luke Gallows) vs. The Judgment Day (Finn Bálor, Damian Priest, and Dominik Mysterio) w/ Rhea Ripley

Anderson and Bálor began the match as the legal competitors. Anderson got the better of Bálor. Priest tagged into the match. Gallows also tagged into the match. The two big men went at it and collided in the center of the ring. Styles tagged into the match and battled with Priest. Mysterio wanted to be tagged in when Styles was down. Priest obliged and tagged Mysterio in. Styles immediately delivered a backbreaker to Mysterio. The O.C. began to work on Mysterio in their corner of the ring.

The Judgment Day attacked the new legal man Anderson on the outside, allowing Mysterio to take advantage inside the ring. The Judgment Day kept Anderson in their corner as they traded tags in and out of the match. After some time, Anderson eventually made the tag to Gallows. Gallows dominated and punished Mysterio. Anderson, who was the legal man once again, collided with Mysterio in the center of the ring. Styles and Bálor were tagged in, and they battled in the ring. All six competitors ended up battling in the ring. Ripley ultimately got involved in the match by attacking Styles on the apron, which allowed Bálor to deliver a Coup de Grace inside the ring.

Braun Strowman vs. Omos, Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship Match

Braun Strowman vs. Omos

Strowman and Omos immediately went for a test strength. Omos gained the advantage and sent Strowman into the corner of the ring. Strowman attempted to take Omos off his feet, but Omos lifted Strowman up and planted him into the canvas. Omos continued to punish Strowman. Strowman connected with a right hand to Omos, but it didn’t phase “The Nigerian Giant.” Strowman sent Omos out of the ring. Strowman ultimately ran into Omos at ringside. Back in the ring, Omos went to lift Strowman up for his finisher. Strowman escaped and delivered a running powerslam to win the match.

Winner: Braun Strowman via pinfall

The Usos (Jey and Jimmy Uso) (c) vs. The Brawling Brutes (Ridge Holland and Butch) for the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship

Jimmy Uso and Butch started the match. Jimmy took a breather after a quick attack from Butch. Upon returning to the ring, Butch went after the joints of Jimmy. Jey tagged in after delivering a cheap shot to Butch. The Usos traded tags as they worked on Butch in their corner of the ring. Holland tagged in and dominated both Jimmy and Jey. Holland lifted Jimmy and Jey at the same time and sent them crashing into the canvas. Holland paid homage to Sheamus by delivering a number of chest strikes to Jey on the apron.

On the outside, Holland and Butch smashed the elbow of Jimmy into the steel steps. Back in the ring, Holland planted Jey into the mat. Butch tagged in and connected with a moonsault from the top to Jey. All four competitors fought in the ring. Butch got caught with a superkick. Butch caught Jimmy in a submission hold as he leaped from the top turnbuckle. Jey became the legal man again and took down Butch. The Uso delivered a double splash to Butch, but Holland broke the cover at the last moment.

Butch went after the bad hand of Jey. Holland was tagged back in. Holland delivered White Noise to Jey, but it wasn’t enough to finish the match and win the gold. Butch tagged in again. Butch and Holland hit a double-team move on Jey. Jimmy became the legal man and Butch did not realize it. The Usos connected with a double-team maneuver from the top turnbuckle to retain the titles.

Last Woman Standing Match
Bianca Belair (c) vs. Bayley in a Last Woman Standing match for the “Raw” Women’s Championship

Bayley sent Belair into the corner of the ring. Belair immediately got back up and slammed Bayley into the canvas three times. Bayley pulled out a kendo stick from underneath the ring. Bayley was unable to hit Belair with it, and the champion sent her out of the ring. Bayley brought a steel chair into the ring. Belair once again avoided Bayley’s attempts to hit her. Belair connected with a dropkick to Bayley. Bayley went underneath the ring again and pulled out a ladder. Belair leaped over the top rope to take Bayley out.

Bayley took advantage on the outside and sent Belair into the barricade. Bayley followed up by delivering a suplex. Bayley set up a chair and seated Belair in it. Bayley scaled the barricade and connected with a running clothesline. Bayley pulled out a table from underneath the ring. Belair fought back and delivered a suplex to Bayley on the entrance ramp. Bayley again took control and hit Belair with a part of the metal barricade on the entrance ramp. Back in the ring, Bayley attempted to use a steel chair as a weapon. Bayley used the steel steps and crushed Belair between the steps and the apron. Bayley repeatedly hit Belair with a kendo stick as she tried to keep the champion down.

Belair eventually responded and attempted to throw the steel steps at Bayley. Belair delivered a spinebuster to Bayley on the steel steps. Belair tried to use the kendo stick, but Bayley ran off up the entrance ramp. Belair caught up with Bayley and repeatedly hit her with the kendo stick. Bayley replied with a Bayley-to-Belly suplex. Bayley trapped Belair in an equipment case on the stage. Belair exploded out of it before the count of ten. Bayley locked Belair in a crossface submission. Bayley came out in a golf cart and tried to run over Belair. Bayley and Belair fought on the top of the golf cart. Belair drove the golf cart down to the ring with Bayley on top. Belair sent Bayley down onto the table below, which didn’t break. Belair powerbombed Bayley through the table.

Belair filled the ring with steel chairs. Back in the ring, Belair slammed Bayley down onto the chairs. Belair went for a 450 splash, but Bayley moved out of the way. Bayley repeatedly hit Belair with a steel chair. Belair replied with a KOD onto a steel chair. Belair trapped Bayley in a ladder underneath the bottom turnbuckle. Bayley was unable to escape as the referee counted to ten.

Winner and STILL “Raw” Women’s Champion: Bianca Belair

– The lights went out in the stadium. Music played, and a wooden door opened on the stage. Bray Wyatt walked through the door with his trademark lantern and headed to the ring. Wyatt introduced himself. Wyatt said he would have done anything tonight to make sure everyone knew who he was. Wyatt said he comes from a prestigious wrestling family. Wyatt said he just wanted to be great, but it wasn’t good enough. Wyatt said he had to be greater. Wyatt said he did what he thought he needed to do. Wyatt explained that he made a monster of himself. Wyatt disclosed that he no longer felt pain when he wore The Fiend mask, and says he was untouchable. Wyatt said the monster he made himself into destroyed him. Wyatt said nobody loves him, and they love the idea of him. Wyatt reiterates that he is Bray Wyatt. Wyatt said he is here to rewrite the ending of his story. Another ominous message appeared on the screen, taunting Wyatt about wearing his mask once again.

Roman Reigns (c) w/ Paul Heyman vs. Logan Paul for the Undisputed WWE Universal Championship

Both men slowly walked around the ring as they soaked up the atmosphere. Reigns sent Paul into the corner of the ring following a collar-and-elbow. Reigns pushed Paul in the chest, so Paul pushed him back. Reigns took down Paul. Paul responded by taking down Reigns. Reigns exited the ring to take a moment with Heyman. Reigns returned to the ring and powered Paul into the corner. Reigns caught Paul with a high elbow. Reigns began to dominate the match. Paul managed to dodge Reigns’ offense and delivered a hip toss. Paul sent Reigns over the top rope.

On the outside, Paul leaped from the barricade onto Reigns. Paul sent Reigns back into the ring and delivered a big clothesline. After Paul’s rally, Reigns took control of the match once again. Reigns delivered a series of clotheslines to Paul in the corner of the ring. Reigns locked Paul in a submission in the center of the ring. Paul escaped and managed to plant Reigns into the mat. Paul took Reigns down again from the top turnbuckle. Paul landed a Superman Punch. Paul hit a flurry of moves on Reigns, but the champion kicked out of the cover that followed before the three count. Paul went for a superkick, but Reigns countered with a Rock Bottom. Paul struck Reigns in the face again and followed up with another Superman Punch. Reigns kicked out of the pinfall attempt at the last second.

At ringside, Paul placed Reigns on top of the announce table. Paul headed to the top turnbuckle with a camera phone in his hand. Paul delivered a frog splash to Reigns through the table. Jimmy and Jey Uso came down to check on Reigns. The Usos attacked Paul’s entourage, who were sat in the front row. Jake Paul made his way down to the ring. Jake took out Jimmy and Jey in the middle of the ring. Logan delivered another splash to Reigns in the middle of the ring. Solo Sikoa made his way down to the ring. WWE personnel stopped Sikoa in his tracks. Logan dived over the top rope to take out The Usos. Logan returned to the ring and ate a Superman Punch. Reigns then hit a spear to win.
