Dismissed from his position as coach of Everton on Monday, Franck Lampard left on bad terms with his locker room. Especially with midfielder Abdoulaye Doucouré. According to DailyMail, a clash took place in the locker room between the Malian international and the former coach of the Toffees. The 30-year-old was then dropped from the squad by the Chelsea legend.

The former Stade Rennais player was therefore banned from training with the Everton first team last week after the defeat against Southampton (1-2). Doucouré still had a final discussion with Lampard in the locker room after the new setback against West Ham (2-1). The native of Meulan-en-Yvelines has only made 12 appearances this season under the orders of the ex-England international. The choice of Everton’s next tactician will be decisive in his future with the 19th in the Premier League, who is out of contract next June.
