The 2022 World Cup has been over for almost a month. Lionel Messi was crowned world champion and best player of the tournament. And Stade Rennais resident Kamaldeen Sulemana inherited the prize for the fastest player in the competition.

The Ghanaian was clocked at 35.7 km/h during the game against Uruguay. The Rennais is ahead of the Canadian Alphonso Davies (35.6 km/h) and the Spaniard Nico Williams (35.6 km/h). Note that Kylian Mbappé ranks ninth with a top speed measured at 35.3 km / h during France-Poland.
