Kroos praises his midfield teammates, Camavinga and Modric!

This season at Real Madrid, Toni Kroos tastes more often on the sidelines since the midfielders merengue realize for the most part convincing performances. Historical figure of the club, the German must fight with the youngest, Camavinga, Valverde, Tchouaméni or Ceballos. Very fit lately, the first city impressed the 2014 world champion last Wednesday during the victory against Liverpool (1-0). This Saturday, on the eve of the Clasico on Barça’s lawn, the Madrid number 8 praised his French teammate, interviewed by White House TV.

“Camavinga played a spectacular game against Liverpool, he helped me and Luka a lot. Luka and I have more history than the others, but the important thing is what you do now.”

At the end of the contract next June, the former Bayern player finds himself in the same situation as his friend Luka Modric. While the future of the two men is not sealed, Kroos reaffirmed all the good he thought of his Croatian alter ego.

“Modric? Playing alongside him is beautiful. We understand each other perfectly after almost 9 years together. We have a good connection on and off the pitch, we always know what the other is going to do.”

Always used by Carlo Ancelotti during major meetings, Modric and Kroos should again start the clash against Barcelona. And there is a chance that we will find the convincing Camavinga at their side.
