La Liga envious of the Premier League?

“We don’t envy the Premier League,” he said. According to these words, the English league “is the best product in the world”

“No, no, I’m not jealous of the Premier League. Commercially it’s the best product in the world and for La Liga it’s very difficult to be at the same level because of the differences between the two country

“You have over 70 million people, we have 50 million, plus the Commonwealth countries. It’s impossible to compare.

“We have learned more from the Premiership, in terms of television rights. We aspire to be at their level, of course we try of faire as them, but no, we are not envious, because there are also elements that have not been done well, such as allowing owners to invest at a loss, which must be reduced and which does not makes no sense. If you constantly lose money, you introduce inflation and affect the rest of the teams in Europe.”
