Antoine Rozner completes the work and in Mauritius closes his 2022 with a success. The AfrAsia Bank Open goes to the Frenchman who, with a total of 269 (70 64 68 67, -19), dominated the scene beating the Spanish Alfredo Garcia-Heredia by five strokes, 2/o with 274 (-14).

At Mont Choisy Le Golf (par 72) in Grand Baie, the French were great protagonists in the DP World Tour tournament. Not only Rozner, Julien Brun in fact finished the competition in 3rd place with 276 (-12) ahead of his compatriot Jeong Weon Ko, 4/o with 277 (-11) like the South African Dylan Mostert and the Swede Simon Forsstrom.
In the lead at the end of the second round, Rozner first took off in the third and then dominated in the fourth, making an eagle, four birdies and a bogey. For the 29-year-old from Paris, who on the eve of the event was in 185th place in the world rankings, this is the third career success on the circuit after those achieved respectively in 2020 at the Dubai Golf Championship and in 2021 at the Commercial Bank Qatar Masters. On both occasions he managed to pass, among others, two blues. In the first case (in Dubai) Francesco Laporta, in the second Guido Migliozzi.
In his palmares also two affirmations on the Challenge Tour (in 2019 and within a week, first at the Challenge de Espana and then at the Prague Golf Challenge) after a good experience as an amateur.

Rozner’s older brother Olivier is also a professional golfer. Olivier won the Adamstal Open on the 2015 Pro Golf Tour.
