OM dominated PSG (2-1) on February 8 in the Coupe de France. Igor Tudor’s team then beat Clermont (2-0) and Toulouse (3-2). His next match is scheduled against the Parisians, in Ligue 1. A meeting in which Kylian Mbappé, who was absent during the first game, will participate. And that could change everything.

“We will have to put the block at 30-35 meters and it is no longer the same”

On the waves of RMC Sports, Eric Di Meco has commented on the upcoming Clasico. The consultant thinks that the presence of the native of Bondy will change everything. And he doesn’t see too many solutions for Igor Tudor: “OM walked on PSG, that means you can do it again. But I think the match will be much more difficult. First, because there is the return of (Kylian) Mbappé. As a result, the block that you put 50 meters from your goal, you will have to put it 30-35 meters away and it’s not the same anymore”did he declare.

The former defender then does not think that the Parisians will let themselves be done a second time: “When you’ve already done it once, you tell yourself that they’re not going to bow down a second time. But of course OM are in an ideal position. You qualified against PSG in the Coupe de France, you are still five points in the league. And if you win that match, you come back two lengths away with increased ambitions. And at worst, if it goes wrong, you’re still in the running for your goals for the season. »

OM had not won a match at the Stade Orange Vélodrome since 2011. The match is scheduled for Sunday and should result in a record attendance: 65,900 spectators are expected.
