Austin Peay State challenges Brescia today

The Austin Peay State University men’s tennis team plays against Brescia, today, at the Warren County Tennis Center in Bowling Green, Kentucky. As reported by the University website, Austin Peay look to end a four game losing streak in their first ever double action against Brescia.

The Austin Peay State University men’s tennis team will return to action March 10 at 1:00 p.m. when they host Northern Kentucky at Governors Tennis Courts in Clarksville.

The Governors lost a 5-2 game to Cumberland on Tuesday. Thiago Nogueira and Hogan Stoker won the Govs’ only doubles match, while Sota Minami and Tom Bolton earned singles victories against the Phoenix.

The Bearcats’ game against the Governors is the first game of the spring. Brescia’s last match was a 7-0 defeat against Christian Brothers on 29 October. Bearcats fell to Oakland City, 4-2, in the second round of the River States Conference Tournament.
