Another WWE Superstar to Switch Brands for Storyline with WWE Legend?

on

It looks like WWE Hall of Famer JBL is returning to TV after he was teased in a storyline with Happy Baron Corbin last month.

A new report from PWInsider notes that there was recent talk of JBL being at the next few RAW episodes, in some capacity but the exact role is unknown.

This is interesting as WWE apparently began a new storyline with JBL and Corbin back on the September 2 SmackDown, which we covered here.

JBL and Corbin have not been seen on RAW or SmackDown since then. However, Corbin has worked a few non-televised live events since that SmackDown angle, with losses to Shinsuke Nakamura, Ricochet and Madcap Moss.

There’s been speculation on WWE possibly switching Corbin to RAW, which would go along with Rey Mysterio moving from RAW to SmackDown last week as a “trade” between the two brands. This roster change for Corbin has not been confirmed.

For those who missed it, you can click here for JBL’s recent comments on why he wants to manage Corbin.

There’s no word yet on if JBL will be at tonight’s RAW from Oklahoma City, but we will keep you updated.
