Yannick Carrasco will be a Barça player this summer

Long mentioned as a bargaining chip in the transfer of Memphis Depay to Atlético de Madrid, Yannick Carrasco will finally have to wait another 6 months to join Barcelona. The Belgian winger, who arrived in Madrid in 2015 and who then had a short break in China (2018-2020), has already spoken with the Blaugrana club on the contours of his arrival through an option of “preferential” purchase.

The Catalan daily Sport reports this Saturday that the former Monegasque will not be able to join Barcelona this winter due to an agreement between the two clubs, but that his arrival is already assured for next summer. An arrival which suggests that several players could leave Catalonia.
