As noted, Aleister Black debuted a new entrance and theme song before his match with Kevin Owens on last night’s WWE RAW.
Black reportedly had a hand in picking or switching the theme, according to Fightful Select. One wrestler reportedly reached out to clarify the change after seeing WWE take most of the blame from fans online.
It was speculated on Monday that WWE changed the theme because Black’s old “Root of All Evil” theme song was produced by CFO$, who are no longer working with WWE Music. This new report notes that WWE has been slowly moving away from CFO$ themes, but there have been multiple wrestlers who were able to keep their themes after rejecting new ones.
